Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: September 11, 2026
1. Who we are
This website is operated by FailSafe Solution Inc. (“FailSafe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware corporation headquartered in San Diego, California. This policy explains what information the site collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide to us
We collect information you choose to send us directly — for example, when you email us at info@failsafesolution.org, or otherwise reach out about a pilot, grant, CRO, pharmacy, or investment inquiry. This typically includes your name, email address, organization, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically
This site is a static, no-account, no-form marketing page. We do not run analytics scripts or set tracking or advertising cookies of our own. Two categories of automatic collection still apply:
- Hosting and content-delivery logs. Our hosting provider may log standard technical information — IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp — for security, abuse prevention, and performance purposes.
- Google Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). Loading a font is a request to Google's servers and may result in Google logging your IP address, subject to Google's own privacy policy. We do not control this processing.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and evaluate potential pilot, grant, CRO, pharmacy, or partnership opportunities;
- To operate, secure, and improve this website;
- To comply with applicable law, regulatory requests, and legal process.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with data brokers.
4. How we share information
We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us host and deliver this site (for example, our hosting/CDN provider and Google Fonts), under their own terms and privacy practices;
- Advisors and partners directly relevant to evaluating an inquiry you send us (for example, our clinical or regulatory advisors), on a confidential basis;
- Regulators, courts, or government authorities where required by law; and
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality obligations.
5. Data retention
We retain inquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to it, maintain our business records, and comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you've sent us by emailing info@failsafesolution.org. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we hold, request its deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights; we will not sell your information as defined under CCPA, and no such sale has occurred.
7. Children's privacy
This site is intended for pharmacy, clinical, research, regulatory, and investment audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information sent to us, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International visitors
This site is operated from and directed primarily at audiences in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
